All Ready to Ship tumblers will ship within one week once order is processed.

We DO NOT accept returns/exchanges or cancellations on handmade or personalized products.

All handmade and personalized items are made to order, therefore, no two items are identical and may contain slight imperfections. I do strive however for your custom creation to be as perfect as possible.

We offer shipping through USPS and UPS. You will receiving tracking information once shipped. Once your order has shipped we are not responsible for shipping delays. If your order has damages or is lost please notify me and I can file a claim on your behalf.

All Tumblers are gently hand washed only.

Do not soak or scrub harshly.

Not dishwasher safe.

Do not microwave.

Do not freeze.
